Prices

Starter is free for one building with up to 20 units. Building is KES 4,000 per month. Portfolio is KES 3,000 per building per month for three or more buildings. These are proposed prices for our first buildings.

Questions

Do we need to buy tablets, scanners or printers?

No. Gatekeepers runs on any Android phone with a browser. A lobby tablet and a badge printer are optional.

What happens when the data runs out?

Entries save on the phone and send when data returns, in the right order. Nobody waits at the gate.

Does it work for offices as well as apartments?

Yes. A unit can be a flat or an office suite, so Westlands apartments and Nairobi CBD towers use the same system.

Is it legal to keep visitor details this way?

Your building is responsible for visitor data under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019. Gatekeepers helps: ID numbers are encrypted and masked, phone numbers are optional, and old records are erased on your schedule.
